share the secrets of cheesemaking in an unforgettable day.
Renowned cheese educator Carole Willman conducts the workshops with Red Hill cheesemakers Trevor & Jan Brandon. Carole will guide you through the cheesemaking for the day, Trevor will show you techniques used in the production area, and Jan will present Red Hill cheese throughout lunch and the cheese banquet.

Red Hill Cheese has helped thousands of home cheesemakers
to make their first and most precious cheese!
Many have returned to another workshop to make a different cheese.
The focus is on practical cheesemaking using common kithchen utensils.
THE DETAILS
Workshops are held at the cheesery, 81 William Rd, Red Hill
(Melway 190 C4) from 10.00
am to 4.00 pm.
The day includes a scrumptious lunch (including a cheese banquet), comprehensive class notes, cultures and cheese hoop.

Single day $198 per person (incl. GST).
Classes with asterisk* $220 per person (incl. GST).

Upon payment you will receive a letter of confirmation, with an outline of the day and a list of things to bring with you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a workshop
is booked, it is not refundable or transferable to any other workshop. If you are
unable to attend, you will need to find someone else to take your place.
