MAKE YOUR OWN CHEESE!

Come and share the secrets of cheese specialist and co-author of "Home Cheesemaking", Carole Willman in an unforgettable day.
Carole has helped thousands of home cheesemakers around Australia to make their first and most precious cheese!
Many have returned to another workshop to make a different style.
The focus is on practical cheesemaking using common kithchen utensils.
You can also take the chance to talk cheese with one of the Red Hill cheesemakers, and experience this modern cheesery.


THE DETAILS
Workshops are held at the cheesery, 81 William Rd, Red Hill
(Melway 190 C4) from
9.30 am to 3.30 pm.
The day includes a scrumptious lunch, comprehensive class notes, cultures and cheese hoop.

Cost for workshops in 2009 is $175.00 per person (incl. GST).

Full payment by cheque or credit card is required to secure a place.

Upon payment you will receive a letter of confirmation, with an outline of the day and a list of things to bring with you, including milk suitable for cheesemaking (readily available non-homogenised milk).

CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a workshop is booked, it is not refundable or transferable to another workshop. If you are unable to attend you will need to find someone else to take your place.
