2008 INVITATION
Cheese judge, Neil Willman, presents the Champion's sash to an elated Dayrell
Porta of Boneo, Victoria.

The public judging on the day attracted many interested show visitors, as well
as competitors.
|
Neil began the judging in the Fresh Unripened Class which included Ricotta &
Fresh Curd cheeses.
|

In judging cheese qualities, Neil assesses
flavour & aroma, body & texture, and presentation.
|

Some of the entries in 5 cheese classes,
including Camembert style, Blue Vein, Marinated Feta,
Fresh Unripened Cheese, & Semi-hard Cheese.
|
After each class was judged, Neil explained how the points were awarded
& the technical aspects he was looking for.
