A brine-washed cheese made with 100% local free-range goat milk . 
The flavour is mild with a pleasant, earthy smokiness. 
The texture homogeneous and buttery, and the rind dusty orange. 

Serving
A great after-dinner cheese, served with seasonal fruit.

Bar - Size: 10cm x 5cm x 3cm high - Weight: 200g

Well matched with a fruity Gamay wine.Eldridge Estate Gamay, Port, Muscat, dessert wines
