GROUP PACKAGES
Note: Group bookings are not available during December & January.
Three special packages are designed to cater for groups seriously interested in the ultimate cheese experience.
Packages are available for independent groups, or any clients of tour group companies.
To ensure the visit is educational, as well as flavoursome fun, bookings must be made well in advance.
Usually, these Group Packages are only available outside of cellar door hours.
CELLAR DOOR HOURS: Weekends & Public Holidays 12 noon -5pm.
GROUP OPTION 1
CHEESE DISCOVERY TASTING: $10 per person - 30 minutes
(minimum $100 charge)
- - 10-20 people;
- - Experienced cheese consultant to guide the tasting;
- - Taste 8 handmade Red Hill cheeses, selected for texture and flavour variations;
- - Crackers to cleanse the palate between cheeses;
- - Browse the cheese and accompaniments sales area.
GROUP OPTION 2
MEET THE CHEESEMAKER: $25 per person - 1hour
(minimum $200 charge)
- - 8-20 people;

Private tasting area;
- - Discover flavour differences and cheese families with 8 cheeses including some vintage treasures;
- - Gourmet crackers;
- - Local preserves, olives, quince, fresh seasonal fruit;
- - Talk cheese with the cheesemaker.
GROUP OPTION 3
ARTISAN CHEESEMAKING: $95 per person - 3 hours (minimum 8 people - maximum 16 people)
- - Private group lesson;
- - Learn the basic skills of this traditional craft, and make your own variation to take home;
- - Class notes to enable you to impress with your own creations;
- - The cheeselover’s guide to the galaxy of cheese styles, led by the cheesemaker;
- - Sumptuous cheese banquet while the curd sets.
Payment in full is required to confirm bookings.
Cancellations with more than 7 days' notice are refundable, less 10% administration fee.
