A brine-washed cheese made with 100% NASAA certified Organic milk from Ron & Bev Smith’s contented cows at Fish Creek in Gippsland. The flavour is mild with a pleasant, earthy smokiness. The texture homogeneous and buttery, and the rind dusty orange.

Serving
A great after-dinner cheese, served with seasonal fruit. .

Bar - Size: 10cm x 5cm x 3cm high - Weight: 200g

Well matched with a fruity Eldridge Estate Gamay, port, muscat and dessert wines or an ale.
