A brine-washed cheese made with 100% NASAA-certified Organic milk
from Nic & Amy Paul's contented cows at Fish Creek in Gippsland.
The flavour is mild with a pleasant, earthy smokiness.
The texture is homogeneous and buttery, and the rind dusty orange.
Serving
A great after-dinner cheese, served with seasonal fruit.

For a great match, fruity Eldridge Estate Gamay. There's another Gamay around, but we're keeping that a secret. Dessert wines and ales are also good with washed rind cheese.
