Unique, single-serve dessert cheese
D'Vine is a delightful oddity created for chef Max Paganoni, who wanted something different for a dessert platter for the 2004 Australian Open charity lunch. We made 300 of them with vine tendrils cut from neighbouring Main Ridge Estate Chardonnay prunings. The tradition continues, occasionally, after winter pruning.
And, after Fiona Hammond took this stunning photo, it's become a symbol of Red Hill Cheese.
